What are habits?
Habits are important. Up to 90 percent of our everyday behaviors are based on our habits. Almost everything of what we do each day, every day, is simply habit.
The habits that we have are the habits that we inherited from our ancestors at birth, combined with our life lived; this is what habit is.
Method to eliminate your habits
Unless you discard these habits, it is extremely difficult to change your habits, and they are not easily fixed.
