What is Inner Peace?

Inner peace is a state of being mentally and spiritually at peace. Inner peace (or peace of mind) refers to a deliberate state of psychological or spiritual calm despite the potential presence of stressors.

While everyone seeks inner peace, there is no one who is truly at peace. For the world to be harmonious and people to have inner peace, people’s mind have to become true.

However, in the mind that one has built up over one’s life-time, there is only stress and therefore, there is no inner peace.
