People are always searching for that happiness that never changes.
What is true happiness?
I have everything I wanted, and yet I’m still not happy. Why?
All material things in this world may seem real, but they are not real because they are temporary. No matter how appealing they are to us, these changing things can never give us lasting happiness, because they are not eternal and therefore are not true. No matter how many of these temporary things we possess, we are always left with a feeling of emptiness inside.
People believe that material things will bring them happiness. These things may give you momentary happiness, but it doesn’t last long. This kind of happiness, which disappears when material things are gone, is not true happiness. It is a happiness that can change at any moment, depending on circumstances.
Then, what is true happiness?
"People say they are happiest when they get others’ approval or they get a promotion, become a manager, etc. However, that is just one achievement in life. People say that being satisfied with such achievements is the ultimate happiness, but that is something that happens in the process of life.
When something that they wish for comes true, people feel ecstatic in their minds and live thinking that this is what happiness is. However, this joy lasts only for that moment and it is not true happiness.
True happiness is when you live with the Mind of Truth - then you are the one who is truly happy. That mind is the mind that does not have anything at all. It is the mind of freedom and liberation that is free from possession or happiness.
It has no concerns, worries, stress, suffering, or burden. It is true happiness itself because it has become liberated. You always have a happy mind because you do not dwell within the mind; although the mind exists, you are free from it. You are always free and have reached nirvana. It is happiness beyond happiness, which does not possess anything"

Although I had everything and thought I was happy, for some reason I always felt empty and unfulfilled inside.
When I started meditating and I became complete, I understood what true happiness is. I felt life within me. For the first time, I felt boundless happiness that never changes, and I was grateful. Even if I found myself in an unpleasant situation, I could always be happy. Not just a little happier sometimes. I am happy every moment.
It is because I have the True Mind - true life within me!
The True Mind is the one that is always happy, even under any circumstances. True happiness that never changes is found when there is true life within us. The reason and purpose of human life is to find this true life, which is eternal, and to attain true happiness, which is also eternal.
I hope this passage inspires you to find your true self that is eternal, happy, and complete.

Meditation helps you find the true happiness that is hidden within you.
