Acceptance and Embracing Life's Changes
My life before meditation was a life of pain, hardship and suffering because I couldn’t accept myself as I was and the world as it is. I always compared my self with others and I wanted to be like someone else, I wanted to have what others have and I always hated the changes.
Through meditation I learned how to accept my self just as I am, embrace the changes and live life as it is - always happy.
But what does it mean to accept myself?
It means to not make judgements;
Acceptance is to not compare my self with others;
Acceptance is to not hate and blame myself or others;
Acceptance is to not have greed and desires;
Acceptance is to accept myself and the world just as it is;
Acceptance brings happiness, success and inner peace;
Acceptance brings me calm, clarity, and strength;
Through Acceptance we can all become one.
Acceptance is the art of acknowledging life as it is, without resistance or judgement. It is about making peace with the present moment, embracing both strengths and imperfections, and finding freedom by letting go of what I cannot control. Through acceptance, we cultivate inner calm, resilience, and compassion.

Through meditation I also learned how to Embrace Changes
Embracing Changes is the practice of welcoming life’s shifts with openness and courage. Instead of resisting the unknown, it’s about trusting the process, learning from challenges, and allowing change to shape you into a stronger, wiser, and more authentic you.
Now, I welcome changes as a path to growth;
I embrace life’s shifts with courage and trust;
Every change helps me become stronger and wiser;
I flow with change and open myself to new opportunities.
Change is growth in disguise - welcome it with courage.
How can we achieve all of the above?
All of these are possible through the meditation of cleansing the mind. After I discarded all the minds of negativity, hatred, judging, comparing and blaming from my mind, only the Gratitude Mind remained which can Accept and Embrace the Changes.
Now I am truly happy and I am truly grateful ☺️ 🙏 😊
